Morning Prayers
Dear Father God, I thank you for waking me up this morning, another day of life. You are a great Father, always full of grace and mercy.
I praise you, Abba Father, for allowing me to live another beautiful day in Your Kingdom. Thank you for loving me, for walking with me and for caring about the smallest details in my life.
Psalm 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Morning Prayer For Strength To Face Another Day
Fill me with grace, Lord, that I may have the strength to face what is before me this morning. I know not what today will bring forth, but make me ready, Lord, for whatever it may be.
If I am to stand up, help me to stand bravely. If I am to sit still, help me to sit quietly. Even if I am to lie low, give me the strength to do so patiently. And if I am to do nothing, let me do it gallantly.
Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus.
Isaiah 40:31 but those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.
A Heart Open To Grace
Sovereign Lord, as the morning dew refreshes the earth, let Your grace refresh and renew my spirit. May I remain receptive to Your guidance, ever eager to drink from the fountain of Your wisdom. Cleanse my heart from the stains of yesterday’s regrets and fill it with anticipation and hope for the miracles You have in store for me today.
With each heartbeat, may I be reminded of Your presence. Allow my heart to be a fertile ground where seeds of Your word can take root, flourish, and manifest Your kingdom’s fruits. As I journey through the day, may my heart pulsate with Your love, patience, and kindness.
Ezekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
Praying For Forgiveness
Forgive the many errors that I made yesterday. Bless me this morning. Dear Lord, let me try once more to walk in Your way. I pray for grace to resist temptations.
Give me the wisdom to know how to deal with the many people and situations that will cross my path.
I pray for protection throughout this day. Protect me from harm and evil. Send your angels before me, to the left and right of me and behind me.
Once again, Lord, I say thank you for the special gift of a new day for I know some people aren’t opportune to see it.
Take absolute control of this morning and this day and let everything that happens today be according to your will, in Jesus’ wonderful name I pray, Amen.
